Persatuan Meninggikan Akhlak Che Ai Khor Kulai was founded on December 17, 2000, in the first garden of Klang, housed in a shophouse. Under the leadership of the founding chairman, Cai Wusheng, and various leaders of the Che Ai Khor Kulai, the inauguration marked a sacred milestone for the Che Ai Khor Kulai community.
Adhering to the principles of the Teochew teachings, the divine guidance of the spiritual master, promoting the teachings, and providing medical services and charitable work, members actively engage in serving the community.
